Interview
The interviewer was cordial and made sure I feel compfortable. The whole experience was ok. Inital questions were focussed on the Latest acquisitions and any technological developments. Make sure to read news regarding the company the day of interview. I could not answer one acquisiion that happened the day of my interview. Next, some Work prioritization cases followed by Favorite products - why and improvements, Worst products - why and improvements.

Interview
Lengthy but easy. Initial screening by recruiter followed by phone interview with hiring manager followed by in person interview with almost 10 people from cross functional departments including project, product and engineering. I was offered the position and accepted it. Entire process from initial call to offer letter took close to 2 weeks.

Interview
The recruiter reaches to set up the interview. The interview is a panel interview that ask three questions that have two parts. The first part of the question is situational and the last part of the questions is behavioral. Use the STAR method to answer the questions. Tell the situation that happen and walk them through the steps that you did to complete the task and assignment. Then provide the results of your actions. They really just want to see your thought process and if you are the best fit for the team.
