I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Sunnyvale, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Not well organized. On-site meetings were setup without inviting the right folks.
The questions that folks asked were vague at times.
At one point one of the interviewers raised his voice, which I thought was incredibly rude.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Oct 2015
Interview
Received an email to schedule an interview...
The interview was with a panel of people from the team/area. The flow/atmosphere of the interview is dependent on interviewer and area. HR areas are usually more relaxed while IT can be straight to the point with not much small talk.....
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Rogers, AR) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was a base interview over the phone with a recruiter who was helping to fill the position. I had a leg up since I happened to know her. She asked hard hitting questions about my current job and how I handle day to day operations and what I am seeking out of a career. She dug in and asked what my competencies were as well. It was very formal and professional.
