I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose
Interview
The interview consisted of an group interview and an 1-1 interview. In the group interview we had to match the product to the customers, whilst discussing this in our groups. Then we had to present this back to the assessor and explain our reasons for matching the product to that customer (make sure you UPSELL). This lasted about 45 mins and then I had a 1-1 interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Waitrose (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
Turned up for the screening process but due to tubes running late made me 2 minutes late for the interview & wasn't even allowed in !.
Think this wasn't good as I'd traveled a long way.
There was an online application, group interview and then a final interview on my own. The online application was lengthy, but the questions there give a good insight into what they're looking for - people who are personable and presentable. There were 6 of us in the group interview, in which they asked us to do a series of group tasks - where they evaluated how we interacted with others, and how much we knew about the company. The final interview was more of a logistics talk - where we discussed the hours, salary, benefits of the company and holiday etc.
