Waitrose Customer Service Assistant interview questions

Turned up for the screening process but due to tubes running late made me 2 minutes late for the interview & wasn't even allowed in !. Think this wasn't good as I'd traveled a long way.

There was an online application, group interview and then a final interview on my own. The online application was lengthy, but the questions there give a good insight into what they're looking for - people who are personable and presentable. There were 6 of us in the group interview, in which they asked us to do a series of group tasks - where they evaluated how we interacted with others, and how much we knew about the company. The final interview was more of a logistics talk - where we discussed the hours, salary, benefits of the company and holiday etc.
