1 to 1
Interview lasted around 5 minutes with the lady being blunt with her wanting to get it over and done with. Not a good experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Finchley, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online and then received email inviting me to an interview; I first had a group interview which was quite fun. They gave us sheets of paper with information about bakery products on, and we got customer profiles. We had to decide what product was suitable for which customer. In this interview the key thing to do is have your voice heard but do not overpower anyone else; let other people also have an input and respect their opinions. After this, there was a 1-2-1 interview. The interviewer asked me about myself and seemed quite informal.

Was supposed to be a group assessment according to email but it was straight to interview arrived early was kept waiting for more than 1/2 hour All contracts are temporary usual questions asked need to be fully flexible they openly discriminate against working parents and carers they had hired a lot of young people under the age of 25 ie cheaper wages all part time very short contracts never asked for iD the worst interviewer EVER
