You are then split into 2 teams and given a scenario of a general days tasks etc. you are given 20 minutes to discuss as a team how you would prioritise the tasks given and decide in what order we would present it as a team. After they gave you 1 to 1 interviews before they showed you out.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Waitrose in Aug 2016
Interview
Fairly simple. Group assessment, then an individual interview.
Group assessment you have to stand out and make sure you're speaking out within your group so you're noticed by the assessor. 1:1 is really about the interviewee getting to know you.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Waitrose (Londres, Angleterre) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online and filled out an application form with standard questions such as why do you want to work for Waitrose, and questions on experience and skills etc. I then completed an online situational judgement test. I then received email the next day inviting me to interview. Attended a group interview and a one-on-one interview. Personally, I didn't feel the group interview was a good way to evaluate people's skills as dominant personalities completely took over making it difficult for others to be heard.
