Waitrose Customer Service Assistant interview questions

Fairly simple. Group assessment, then an individual interview. Group assessment you have to stand out and make sure you're speaking out within your group so you're noticed by the assessor. 1:1 is really about the interviewee getting to know you.

I applied online and filled out an application form with standard questions such as why do you want to work for Waitrose, and questions on experience and skills etc. I then completed an online situational judgement test. I then received email the next day inviting me to interview. Attended a group interview and a one-on-one interview. Personally, I didn't feel the group interview was a good way to evaluate people's skills as dominant personalities completely took over making it difficult for others to be heard.
