Manager seemed very interested, but it's been 3 weeks and they haven't even responded. I followed up with the recruiter- also no response.
Trane Technology team was also participating in a career fair for women in manufacturing - while 12 other companies responded in chat- Trane didn't respond to me or other applicants. Not sure if they are aware of 2 way communication (respectfully)
