Third Bridge Research Analyst interview questions

Very pleasant interview process: first phone interview with some competency based questions, then an interview at the office where I had to work on a case study and answer some other competency based questions, then a french language assessment by phone that lasted 30 min. Everybody throughout the process was very nice and friendly!

1. CV Check 2. Two phone interviews consisting of general competency based questions. Very pleasant, easy-going and curious recruiters. Generally comforting. Went through my CV to see if my competencies suited the company. 3. Super Day: consisted of two interviews with 3 employees (Team Leader, VP, Senior Associate). 1st interview had a case study where I had to decipher a simple supply chain of a company and figure out who you would call to obtain advice. Both interviews consisted of competency based questions such as 'tell me a time when...' Tip: make sure you have 7-10 examples that you can use to fit the various types of questions.
