I applied online. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2017
Interview
The application is easy to do online - simply submitting a CV. HR got back to me really quickly and I had two straightforward, competency-based telephone interviews followed by two interviews at the Liverpool Street offices. Both interviews focused on competencies so be sure to have lots of appropriate and clear examples. The first interview also contained a case study that involves breaking down the value and supply chain of a particular company/industry.

Described a time when you failed at something and how you coped with that

Interview
I spoke to a recruiter on the phone, but she was just reading down a list of questions and typing out my responses. It's such an awkward and uncomfortable way to communicate with someone. She seemed like she had no interest in what I had to say and it was very uncomfortable. Because of the negative interview experience, I feel like I dodged a bullet with this company.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
When did you fail as a group and how did you fix it?
The initial phone interview is an hr employee reading directly off a list of questions. There is no conversational component. Know typical behavioral questions. After the phone interview you are invited to an in person super day.
