Third Bridge interview questions

Recruiter will chat with you for 5-10mins. Next would be interview with direct manager followed by higher ups. Interview includes case study where you need to find 5 suitable profiles from LinkedIn and mock cold call pitch.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening call done by a recruiter. Following that interview, I completed an hour-and-a-half case study interview with two managers. Then I moved to the final round where I was interviewed by two senior managers, neither of which were in the group I was interviewing for. These interviews were the easiest I've ever done and often took little to no prep, including the case study. A lack of professionalism seeped in as by the final interview, I was being told all the reasons I shouldn't work there, ultimately, they were extremely concerned about me leaving the position for banking, and that ended up taking over the interview process even though I had assured them multiple times I was interested. The recruiter ended up bailing on the process as a whole.
