Very straight forward, wanted me to explain why I picked the company and how I would add value. It was the first stage of the interview process and it was virtual.

Question 1
What position are you applying for and how could you add value?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2024
Interview
Went through the recruiting screener interviews first (2) then went on to 3 more interviews with Third Bridge themselves and never heard back after the final round of interviews despite being told I would hear back from them. I also did not have a way to follow up since my contact was a third-party recruiting company. Disappointing to put that much effort in and not hear anything, even if only a rejection, back after 5 rounds of interviews.

Question 1
Why Third Bridge... also be able to explain accurately the services the 4 main services/products they offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied for the Associate, Consulting Clients role in January of 2025 that I learned of through LinkedIn. The application process was extremely long. Resume, CV, 4 1200 word questions, and several self response questions related to your interest in Third Bridge (how did you find out about it, what have you done to show your interest in the company). Admittedly, I should've stopped my application when it asked me to complete their Forage simulation and indicate in at least one of five ways how I have demonstrated my interest in the company.
After completing the simulation (about 3 hours worth of time), I received an invite to select an interview time.
One thing I would like to mention is how intentionally misleading Third Bridge's job descriptions are. It is intentionally cluttered, with fluff language, and designed to repeat and deflect. If you chose to withdraw your application, they ask why. The first available option to select as a reason to withdraw is "Unclear Description of Role."
I did finally meet with the recruiter and they were very friendly. However, they explain how the role is actually 90% cold calling (in no way does the original job application indicate that it is that heavy in cold calling) and they said the best way to think about this job is as a phone sales job. Very friendly recruiter who did a great job but I instantly said no.
Make sure to thoroughly parse and understand the role and what Third Bridge is offering (to the best of your ability). Don't waste your time like I did unless you are interested in this type of role.
