I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
1 phone screening
1 video interview
1 in person meeting at the HQ
All interviews asked competency based questions only, the last one also had a case. Otherwise general questions like « How much do you know about the company? » « Please walk me through your background »
Overall everyone was very professional and friendly.
Dress code is smart casual in the company but do get your full business attire out for the last interview when you meet them.
Good luck :)
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to reach an objective – what were the steps you took
Tell me about a time you had to sell something
Tell me about a time you failed to reach an objective
CASE: they will give you one company
1. Who are the stakeholders in this market?
Give an example of each for the selected market
2. Market information
What information can each actor in the market provide?
3. Contacts
Select 3 actors in the market and for each, decide on who you would contact. What are their job title?
Don’t freak out – they’ll walk you through each step of the process and help you if you get stuck
Phone interview and then a Skype interview. The person was very kind and informative. They just ask you straight up whether you have experience in the field or not. If you had any experience in cold calling. They also ask you what kind of skills would be important for that position.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
Phone Screen and then a Video call. Then a super day in their NYC office where they have some lower management folks speak and question you about market structures. Overall experience was average and as a first time job seeker, this provided some useful experience.
