I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Aug 2019
Interview
They kept asking you questions and trying to push the right answer out of you. The questions weren’t hard but if you had no prior experience with that then there is no way you could have answered it in the way they like and then they would not hire you. Never really asked me about my resume or seemed to care for my background. Just a stem of questions from a list.

Question 1
When did you fail at work and how did you solve that problem?
Experience with a colleague who does not want to cooperate?
Experience of a problem with a supervisor?
Very unprofessional, they set up a phone interview 2 times and didn't call and when I emailed them they said they will do it again and no surprise didn't call.
To me that shows how they are as a company very unprofessional and useless.
3 step interview process with the first interview is a phone call, 2nd was a skype call, and 3rd was in person at the office. Basic questions asking you to describe specific scenarios that you have been through.
