I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2019
Interview
Initial short phone call to speak about the specifics of the role followed by a 30-40 minute phone interview 4 days after. I was then told that I would hear back the following week latest Friday. I did not hear back from them until I inquired about the status of my application the following week and did not receive sufficient feedback unfortunately.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have any experience with cold calling?
Where else have you applied?
Have you ever had a conflict with a colleague and how did you deal with it?
A lot of hoops to jump through for a glorified call centre position. One of those interviews where the interviewer is more interested in making it difficult rather than getting to know your strength.
It became frustrating when the interviewer kept asking abstract questions with a specific expected answer and kept pressuring you to give him the "right" answer.
I've learned that the pay is meager for an expensive city and the job is repetitive (making calls to people on job site) beforehand and was thinking of using this position only as a backup.
The team has very little actual professional experience and are mostly fresh graduates with not even language skills. Maybe why they had to use case studies with fixed answers to fake expertise over interviewees.
If you're not thrilled about a call centre job with little pay but high pressure, it might take up more energy than you expected and gives you unnecessary frustration caused by incompetent interviewers.

Question 1
Intro, specific questions about case studies with specific and bizarre answers already in mind.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Aug 2019
Interview
Two telephone interviews, a video interview and then a face-to-face interview.
I only got up to the second stage but was told that this was the process. The guy I was talking to was quite engaging and asked follow up questions, so I knew he was actually listening to what I was saying.
