Subway Store Manager interview questions

I was surprised when I was told that store manager is only a internally promoted position and I need to be a sandwich artist first! That was not the actual description for the said position. The questions I was asked were - can clean a toilet, can lift weights UpTo 25 lbs frequently, etc.. interview was very informal and they were basically looking to fill sandwich artist only!! Very disappointed
