Subway Store Manager interview questions

My interviews have varied depending on the franchise. Some have followed interview procedures properly while others have not. I have found that stores located in Virginia are more strict and by the book than stores located in North Carolina

Great, upbeat, relaxed interview. Took about 30 minutes. The questions were very specific to the expectations and quality of work expected at the position, I applied for. The only thing that I found odd was the fact that the position I was being interviewed for had been opened for a while and a great member of upper management gave the interview instead of the next person in the management chain.
