Subway Store Manager interview questions

The interviewer for this role didn't turn up for my interview, very poor. No communication, not professional at all. I stayed for 30 minutes waiting. Is this what this company is about?

Short and basic questions about store and people management, conflict resolution, cleanliness, communication and discipline . Face to face interview lasted about 25 minutes. Referral is important and communication style is important too.
