Interview
Twee rondes van drie uur met consultancy staff oplopend in niveau. Elk uur bestaat uit half uur persoonlijkheid en een half uur case. Cases zijn in de breedste zin van het woord en zijn goed voor te bereiden. Sollicitatie over het algemeen pittig.

Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday
De sollicitatieprocedure was erg professioneel en persoonlijk. Alles wordt haarfijn uitgelegd, waarbij je zelfs de mogelijkheid krijgt om een case met een consultant te oefenen voordat je op gesprek komt.
