3 case study interviews + 1 final interview (casual chat)
Case interviews are done with their directors or partners, and the final interview was with the managaing partner. the final interview was not really an interview and was like a casual chat (I feel like the decision had already been made before that). The interview process defers by office I believe. This is for an office in Asia

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
