I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Strategy& (Londres, Angleterre) in Dec 2021
Interview
1. Game-based assessment
2. 1st round interview - 45mins structured + 45mins unstructured
Structured: given 15 mins to read 10 slides and to answer 3 questions. A lot of information to digest, numbers, charts, short articles. The case is about facial recognition software company. First question is marketing sizing and be prepared to work on maths. Second and third questions are qualitative. Very challenging.
Unstructured - 10 mins fit interview with typical CV Qs. Then a verbal case about marketing sizing and profitability.
3. Final interview - 45mins structured + 45mins unstructured
Same format as 1st round interview but with more senior interviewers. The structured case is about a beverage company and the recycled plastic industry. Unstructured case began with a short CV chat, then it is about a project that the interviewer worked on.
Very positive interview process. They held an information session to brief candidates about interview. After the first round interview, they called the next day with feedback. Interviewers are all helpful and encouraging that even I got stuck they gave useful guiding questions. But be prepared they push hard on maths.

I applied online. I interviewed at Strategy& (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview was pretty standard in terms of case and behaviorals. Cases were about technology and data to analyze because that is what the position was. Interviewers were friendly, and process was not too long—I believe just 1-2 rounds. Declined offer for another firm, but interviewers reached out after to chat about the opportunity and were pretty transparent about what PWC/Strategy& had to offer in comparison.
