two separate interviews. One quantitive case and one qualitative case. Overall very good experience, lots of personal talk etc. Calculations were not that extensive, just analyzing it on a screen and discussing it.
Mix di diversi colloqui con focus motivazionale, tecnico o su esperienze pregresse. Domande standard per ruoli in consulenza strategica, esperienza piacevole se non che mancanza di risposta diretta (rejection) a fine processo.

Interview
2x 45min cases. 1st is mix FIT & short case (e.g. mkt sizing). 2nd is based on a written document which you are given 10 mins to read at the beginning before having to answer questions related to the info inside.
