Position: Consulting-Business Strategy-Campus Recruiting (Shanghai)

Interview: 1 Group Interview + 4 1-on-1 interview (last for 3 months from online application form to offer, low efficiency)
Bad Experience mainly from administration. Interviewers always change time, and HR does not inform of the changes and interview platform in time.

Interview
Smooth but very long time to receive the final decision. Took about 3
-4 weeks to do all the interviews, 2 rounds of 2 inteviews but waited over a month for a final answer
2 -45 minute interviews half case and half behavioral, first round is an assessment that looks at your interpersonal skills and strengths and then you move directly into the superday
De sollicitatieprocedure was erg professioneel en persoonlijk. Alles wordt haarfijn uitgelegd, waarbij je zelfs de mogelijkheid krijgt om een case met een consultant te oefenen voordat je op gesprek komt.
