Recruiter screen was followed a couple weeks later by 3 rounds of case plus behavioral interviews, all back to back. Cases were moderately challenging to difficult, comparable to peers and MBB. Partner called with verbal offer within 24 hours.

Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
