Interview
Overall the process was very seamless. I applied online via Resume drop and was contacted by a recruiter in less than 24 hours.
Had a phone screen with a Recruiter and then was passed onto the next round. Just asked basic questions about yourself and previous experiences. She was super helpful and scheduled all of my follow up interviews very promptly. Also offered to get on call with me whenever I had questions.
2nd Round: Spoke with a Senior Manager. 45 Minute interview going over my background and then ran through a case.
Final Round: Heard back within 24 hours and scheduled 3 interviews. One with a Senior Manager, one with a Partner, and one with a Director. Each had basic behavioral questions and then ran a case afterwards.
Heard back within 24 hours with an offer. Regarding the cases, there is no single way to prepare yourself. These are typically cases that the team has worked on or are very familiar with and they can be very unique. Just relax and don't stick to a framework - trust your business acumen.

Interview
Phone screen and 3 interview rounds. Standard case interview structure with 45 min interviews, first 15 mins behavioral / experience, followed by case. First two rounds were with directors in the practice I was interviewing for, followed by the final round with one of the practice partners. The final round case was moreso a conversation around a highly publicized topic and the partner evaluating my thought process on how several large organizations should navigate the issue.

All cases were a type of growth strategy case. First case was regarding a hostile takeover attempt and how the board of the takeover target should respond. Second case was a cost reduction case. Third was a discussion around content moderation.
