Interview
All in one day. First-round was two interviews back to back. One is structured the other is unstructured. Structured: give you some data to review (15min) with some q's about the data: calculate the market size, would you invest in this company ... Unstructured involves a market sizing and then q's about that: how to drive growth, what would impact it the most...
This followed by a call with feedback and they inform you whether you progressed to the next round.
Second-round is three interviews have three interviews: unstructured and structured and a presentation.
Presentation is similar to the structured but with more time and a more concrete aim of having to find answers to specific questions and present in a clear format.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
