Interview
Relatively straightforward. I had 3 interviews, 2 with partners and one with a manager. They included a personal part and a 45 minute case which was very logical and clear. They were very helpful and I enjoyed the conversation we had with each other.
Colloquio con HR + 3 business case: 1 sizing + 2 casi strutturati in ambito Financial Discipline (ossia quella in cui sarei stato inserito).

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
