After applying online and passing the online assessments (numerical and logical reasoning) was invited to the assessment day. This consisted of repeating both tests in a room with the other applicants, then a 30 minute consultancy case study and competencies interview, then a longer 'case study' interview where you are given information on a sector / business and you have to analyse it. Useful to learn basic business & consultancy jargon.

I had two rounds of interviews. Each round consisted of a behavioral interview that was followed by a techinical interview. The first round was market sizing where the second round was a full case.

Online tests, Assessment Centre. Process took quite a long time - about 3 months if I remember. The booking of the assessment centre was fairly disorganised, with the emails and HR employees I spoke to saying contradictory statements.
