Interview
Whole day interview, with a 3-part online test (fit, logic, analytic), meet with HR and 3 directors/partners. Went out to lunch with 3 consultants. Partners interview was 15' behavioral questions and a 30-40' case. Overall everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Interview
Interview process included multiple case interviews and one behavioral, fit interview. The cases were interactive with both sides leading, each lasted for about 45 minutes. Interviews were spread out and did not take place on one day.
Pretty standard structure. Pre-screen, case interview, and then partner / MD interview. The case was conducted in a less formal manner than I have seen elsewhere, which lead to an interesting conversation about the case.
