Starbucks Shift Manager interview questions

It was simple. Started with Introduction, then work experience. It was relaxing. They wanted someone with previous restaurant experience. Even for a high position, they would want us to join as Barista, understand their recipes, know how to prepare items, including housekeeping activities. So, basically they would post us first in entry level position only.

This was a phone interview with an HR representative that seemed disingenuous. She kept asking the same questions and seemed confused about my background and education and could not get past that.
