Interview
Is a 30 mins video conference interview. However, noticed the red flag immediately once all the three interviewer joined the room.
1.The interviewers did not have the courtesy to switch on the video during session except a Mr Head Dept in the middle of the session.
2.They did not introduce who they are and went straight to standard interview question.
3.Mr Head Dept is talking animatedly with someone during the interview session which can be seen clearly by everyone in the session. This is not respectful at all.
4. The whole session is basically waste of time as everyone in the session is not engaging. They are not interested get to know the candidate. And also they dont even read the resume before invite a candidate to the session.

Interview
3 rounds of interview, the first was with the hiring manager, second was a written assessment and the third was with the head of department. Interviewers were professional however the whole recruitment process was unpleasant. Took near 3 months to reach the final stage and HR asked for my documents to put up an offer. After sending, they went radio silence. Only after follow up that I realized the job requirements had changed and the offer will no longer be valid. There should be more transparency in the application process and respect should be given to the applicant for the time and effort they spent preparing for the interviews.

Interview
Very upfront and honest interview. Not questions oriented but more to discussion based interview. They able to explain the role and responsibility of the position well. Questions asked are very logical and not by the book questions. Overall the interview was fairly good.
