3 rounds of interview, the first was with the hiring manager, second was a written assessment and the third was with the head of department. Interviewers were professional however the whole recruitment process was unpleasant. Took near 3 months to reach the final stage and HR asked for my documents to put up an offer. After sending, they went radio silence. Only after follow up that I realized the job requirements had changed and the offer will no longer be valid. There should be more transparency in the application process and respect should be given to the applicant for the time and effort they spent preparing for the interviews.

online test first. have the first round interview with direct manager to know more about your working experience. then have the second round interview with head, which more focused on your personality
