It was a campus interview process. First online tests were conducted which was a mix of psychometric and IQ. It was an elimination round. Then, the ones who cleared the tests were called for a Group discussion and it was also an elimination round. Finally, the selected candidates were interviewed. Their were behavioural questions asked in the interview.
