What was the last big mistake you made as well as lessons learnt? How do you build relationships with fellow graduates? What personal characteristics will you say have contributed to your success today?

There was a short personal interview to test your knowledge on the subject and how you relate your classroom education to the company setting. They also had an extensive background check to ensure you are the right fit for the company.
