I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank in Dec 2017
Interview
The video interview asks mainly questions that are related to personality and behaviour. Not really much from the work environment aspect because there might be interns that have no prior work experience.

You'll get an invitation to write strength assessment test once you applied for the role. You can write the test within the next five days. If your strengths matches the role you'll be invited for a logical reasoning test - again you have five days to complete the test. If you pass that you'll be invited to write a numerical reasoning test - you need to score better than 60% of the comparison group to move to video interview.
Its a lengthy process - I am waiting for communication from Kenya graduate talent team for the next step.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) in Oct 2017
Interview
1. Aptitude Test (Situational, Logical, Numerical)
2. Video Interview
3. HR Interview
4. Business Interview
The interview process took shorter than I expected. Preparation is key to moving through the recruitment process. Nothing technical until the business interview where you will likely be interviewed by three seniors consisted HR head and two department heads. Video interview questions can be found on google and they generally use the same set of questions for every candidate, so nothing to worry about. HR interview was standard questions based on your CV and motivations to join SCB.
