The interview process was lengthy but detailed. However, after passing all the cultural fit, general and strategy case interviews (including with the Managing Directors), I was not given any response. Complete radio silence despite chasing the HR team on an update, who just said they were ‘busy and will get back to you’. Extremely unprofessional for a candidate in the final round.

One hr interview, second interview with consultant and last with managing partner (case interview). You get the case in advance and need to give a presentation and make a position paper
