The interview process was lengthy but detailed. However, after passing all the cultural fit, general and strategy case interviews (including with the Managing Directors), I was not given any response. Complete radio silence despite chasing the HR team on an update, who just said they were ‘busy and will get back to you’. Extremely unprofessional for a candidate in the final round.

What makes you interested in Sia Partners? Case interview that was done on the spot, mildly challenging but quite standard for consulting.
Came in through a referral. First a call with the recruiter. Then a first call with a consultant and associate manager. Second a case assessment with a consultant and a manager. Final round was a call with the partner.

4-5 interview: hr, industry knowledge languages and behavioral, business case about energ (E-fuels), partner interview. Took 4 weeks. Not easy not extremely dificult. Make sure to know your industry well.
