I applied online. I interviewed at Performance Food Group (Rutland, VT) in Sep 2022
Interview
Compensation package is way below the national average! Durring the interview process, the hiring Manager actually wanted me to sit at a deask and preform some aspects of the job for 30 minutes. Unpaid, of course! There's also a Sales component to this role, which you are NOT compensated for! For being such a large company in Nation wide distribution, they sure don't weant to pay their help very well! I cannot speak to the bennefits, as I obviously did not accept this role. Waste of time and do not recoomend!

Question 1
Asked me to sit with a Supervisor and start learbning their software system (as part of the interview process). Which, felt extremely premature. Come to find out the operating system was to be replaced in the coming weeks. So, this was a total waste of time!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Performance Food Group (Kansas City, MO) in May 2022
Interview
Simple phone interview with the town acquisition manager. She was very polite and lovely to speak with, put me at ease very on in the interview. Explain to me the size and scope of the operation. Aloud for me to ask some questions which she answer without hesitation. Overall excellent interview experience

If I had ever conducted training through upper management turnover.
Pretty straight forward, interview three day orientation and you are on with a trainer at least for a month. Up to you if you need more time you can always ask for more time.
