I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex
Interview
It was a very thorough but very good process that touched on multiple stages. It used situational based questions. It had a panel component. It gave a very good depiction of the role. I had interviewed initially and come on board. I also interviewed internally and made a move to our largest segment afterwards and all went well.

Question 1
What did you do with your previous Team to get them to be top performers?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview was fairly straight forward. Phone interview followed by one in person / panel interview with several supervisors. A recruiter initially reached out to me and ran through a basic question process that helped me prepare for my in person interview. The recruiter called me on my way home from the interview to inform me I got the job. It was overall a positive and exciting experience to onboard.
