Paychex interview questions

Interview process was smooth .. manager was very good with me... he explain every details about the company. over all interview process was very good. Finally, a good interview process should be an opportunity for the company to showcase its strengths and values. This can include providing a detailed overview of the company culture, opportunities for professional development, and benefits available to employees

If the interview process is an indication of how the employees are treated, then I am glad I didn't get the job. 1st interview with recruiter, then I start receiving text messages from an unknown so called "local manager" at random times to schedule an interview with him. During the interview he was unprofessional and was asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the position or my professional experience. then he says he will move me along to the second interview. A week and half later I finally receive the email invite for the second interview. I did an excellent job during that second interview only to not hear back for 21 days. I then email the recruiter to see if a decision has been made. she doesn't reply to the email, 3 days later calls me to say they are not moving forward with me with zero feedback as to why, then starts pitching me on other positions. No thanks they need to be more organized and respectful of people's time.
