Panda Restaurant Group interview questions

Long but intriguing, an unique interviewing and screening process. Will be able to learn a lot during the process as well. First there is a phone interview, if they think you are a good candidate, they will let you know what to do for the next interview. Really have to understand the company culture deeply. The company is not for everyone, but you will get a lot out of the interviewing process even if you don't get an offer.

Asked to recite the panda mission and vision. I was asked typical behavioral questions and panda information. Really easy and laid back as long as you do your research and memorize a few words from their website and self-help books. It would probably help if you went to landmark too.
