The process is lengthy and several layers of panel interviews are required. Starts at the recruiter level, then moves to peer panel interview, department senior leaders and ultimate with senior executives.
4 levels of interviews starting with an HR call, managers of department, directors, and Controller/CFO. The questions are regarding the position and mostly based of your resume and and test your research knowledge on the company.

It was hard and long, and i did around 3 interviwes plus a dry run test which they puts you on a store to run for a day, but over all it wasn't that bad
