I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (Rosemead, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
At first it started really well but later the interview seemed force and the interviewers sounded like they did not want to participate. One interviewer was looking at a different screen and did not say much
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group
Interview
Tedious interview process that starts with a phone interview. Next they will bring you in for in-person interview where you will have to recite their mission statement and values. The whole process is very odd and cult like. Before being hired you have to attend a landmark seminar and pay out of pocket. This seminar costs $1000+ and run the risk of not even being hired. Run dont walk away!

Question 1
basic interview questions but they are really hung-up on mission statement
Easily the worst interview experience I've ever had. This is the first time I've ever felt inclined to write a review on here.
Scheduled a 30-minute interview which I had to take time off of work for, interviewer was late with no apology or explanation. Very condescending tone with the least genuine smile. Scoffs at my answers.
Usually I would consider myself easy to get along with but this interview felt like she was actively trying to p1ss me off. Very disappointed I had to take PTO to be disrespected like this, probably wont eat at Panda anymore either.
