Virtual interview with individual. The process was easy but I felt baited by the potential amounts they were stating managers bring home. Conversations quickly shifted to try to get me to agree to a position for less than advertised.

Odd process... 1. AI setup for submitting an application. (time consuming) 2. Another text/email to ask you to upload your resume and cover letter for the 2nd time. ("to complete your application....") 3. Attempts to upload, which I was required to do on my phone no computer caused me have to email the resume and cover letter to myself, download on my phone, etc. 4. After doing so, was only able to upload a photo of the resume and cover letter.... 5. Decided it wasn't worth it. What a mess.
