Panda Restaurant Group interview questions

Had one interview. Felt casual. The questions seemed to be a bit repetitive. Asked mostly about experience and why you wanted to work at Panda. Interview told me there would be 5 interviews over 2-3 months. They also see if you’re comfortable attending the landmark forum for “self development.” Interview was also misleading. They made it seem like I was going to be recommended for the next round and then got ghosted.

It was very nice, she asked the basic tell me about yourself and why I thought I'd be a good fit. She also wanted to know my school and car situation.
