Panda Express Assistant Manager interview questions

I was contacted by the Panda recruiter, after confirmation of my interest with Panda, I had a phone interview with the field recruiter and then a FaceTime interview with an area coach, the final round was on job preview at a store with the team, evaluated by the store manager, area coach, and the regional director. The OJP was 4.5 hours, I rotated in every position, then a meeting with the evaluators. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the team and the store manager told me that they were there to back me up and everyone’s job is to get me pass, and they really did. The field recruiter followed up with me throughout each step and patiently answered all my questions. It is a very fast pace environment, but the people are super nice.

The process took about a week and a half form the interview invite. First was in store, I spoke with the area supervisor and asked me basic questions, then the area supervisor's boss which focused more on my resume. Third was the panda preview which is basically working for 5 hours learning about the store's basic operations.
