I talked to a recruiter that came to my college and from there I was called for a panel interview. The interview was in a food court of a mall where I was interviewed by two regional managers, one being the recruiter that had set me up with the interview. During the interview I was asked typical interview questions for them to get to know you and your abilities. I was then called back for a second interview, this one being with the regional manager of this specific area. This one was a lot more relaxed. She just asked questions to get to know more about me as a person and who I am and if they could trust you with running a store. The last part was the on job preview where they put you in the store and have you do a little bit of everything: cutting, cooking, and serving to see if you are a fit.
