Looks like Novartis standard of recruitment has really fallen down. I have been applying for various positions at Novartis and all i get is an automated email stating someone else was preferred over me. I recently applied for a position of Client Services Manager which exactly matches my current role. The job had only 6 applicants on LinkedIN. The recruited reposted the job and the number of applicants then reached 20. I expected to be called for an interview. But, even with just 6 applicants i never got a call or response from the HR. Looks like Novartis recruiters are playing up like always, may be some backdoor way of hiring. I remember an incidence that happened 2 years ago, i was called for an interview at Novartis and i happened to see a recruiter calling up a friend and reminding him/her about the walk-in drive and asking them to come after an hour, while people like us were waiting since 8 AM in the morning, just to be told that my profile doesn't match. Such a shame!!

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis in Sep 2018
Interview
Sent online application and was contacted by recruiter with whom I had a 30 minute phone interview. A few weeks later got a standard email saying I was not selected.
To develop myself and learn for the future I sent the recruiter an email asking for feedback on what my profile was lacking in relation to other candidates but they never bothered to reply.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis
Interview
Had an initial phone call with The recruiter and scheduled for two phone interviews two weeks later. The first interviewer didn’t call as she was tied up in meetings and the second interviewer called 15 minutes late. Neutral interview experience.
