They just asked me current sal, expected sal and then said whatever be the current salary we can give only 20% hike. Then she said if you are not comfortable you can go now. Expected sal should be asked before conducting the interview. They should mention that we can't give you more than that.But these HR doesn't bother. They just call you with incomplete information and the say you can go now. Its wastage of time for us only.
