Interview process: Initial HR screening to discuss background, experience, and role fit, followed by a team interview with 5–6 members. The panel assessed technical skills, problem-solving ability, agile, communication, collaboration, and overall suitability for the position.

The interview process was smooth. I was reached by Karl Litchmore from the UK and had a screening call at 6 a.m. eastern time. Later that week, I was interviewed by Dawn Thompson regarding my technical horizons and to know me more in person.

Interview
Easy attribute based questions. Little focus on technical skills and very people skilled focus. Very complex interviews. Not sure I would recommend this to anyone new unfortunately unless process has changed drastically.
