I have an initial interview with a recruiter at my university and then I was invited to a "Blitz Day" where I had three managers interview me back-to-back for about 15-20 minutes each (basic behavioral questions). After that, we had to do a case study in front of the different managers. I was put in a group with about 4 other candidates and we had to work together to design a business model
I applied online. I interviewed at MetLife (São Paulo, ) in Jun 2017
Interview
Entrevista tranquila. Contei um pouco de mim e de experiências prévias. O escritório parecia organizado, no entanto um ponto negativo é que fiquei esperando por muito tempo para realizar a entrevista.
There are two hiring managers give you the interview. They ask some behaviour questions and goes over your resume. The whole interview process is very smooth, and they didn't ask you very difficult questions.
