Very easy, I got the position within 2 rounds of interviews. Mike is a very helpful and nice recruiter. The process is very easy and the interview itself had behavioral questions. Use STAR method and you will be good for the interview
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MetLife (Tysons Corner, VA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Easy basic questions. Only downside is that it's like working on commission. Interviewee was nice and professional but in this role they dont give you any leads you have to start from .
The process was a bit long. I first spoke to a recruiter, then, a writing assessment. Finally, I interviewed with four people via WebEx. A few days later, I received a call and email with my offer.
